A THERMAL FATIGUE TESTING APPARATUS USING DIRECT FLAME AND TESTING APPARATUS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A thermal fatigue test unit using the direct flame and a thermal fatigue test device using the direct flame using the same is provided to testing the thermal fatigue in the various environments by freely forming the temperature gradient in a specimen through the direct flame and cooling gas. CONSTITUTION: A thermal fatigue test unit using the direct flame comprises a flame jetting unit(10), first and second temperature sensors(20, 40), and a cooling unit(30). The flame portion directly sprays the flame(F) on the front side of the specimen(E). The first temperature sensor measures the front side temperature of the specimen at the side of the flame portion. The cooling portion cools and supports the rear side of the specimen. A second temperature sensor is installed in the cooling portion. The second temperature sensor measures the temperature of the rear side of specimen.
