PURPOSE: An infrared ray transmission device is provided to secure a communication area which is settled when entering a communication area without using FET. CONSTITUTION: An optical transmitter(110) changes a duty factor of a transmitting signal. The optical receiver(120) changes the received infrared ray signal into an electrical signal. An impact coefficient control unit(130) controls an impact coefficient to be the impact coefficient of a proper transmission signal. A data processing unit(140) manages transceiving data.
