PURPOSE: A fireproof shutter is provided to completely shut a fireproof and smokeproof section by achieving a shielding state when an emergency door is closed. CONSTITUTION: A fireproof shutter comprises: a lower frame(11) which slides to the top and bottom and is mounted on the bottom of screen cloth; an emergency door(2) which is formed so that a part of the screen cloth can be opened by being folded by a hinge(12); and a guide frame in which a cover plate(22) is folded in a main board(21). The lateral edge of the foldable bar of the lower frame is inserted between the main board and cover plate.
