PURPOSE: Chinese cabbage salting apparatus and method are provided to salt Chinese cabbage in short time, and to improve the stability about the generation of microorganisms. CONSTITUTION: A Chinese cabbage salting apparatus comprises the following: a case(10) with on opened one side; a salting container(20) capable of being inserted into the case; a compression board(30) for compressing Chinese cabbage(40) inside the salting container; a compression supporter(31) moving the compression board to the upward and downward direction using a motor(11) formed on one side of the case; a switch(13) turning on and off the motor; and through holes(32) formed on the compression board. |
