PURPOSE: A photobioreactor which cultures a large amount of marine algae is provided to supply or block energy of specific wavelength and to efficiently enhance product concentrate. CONSTITUTION: A photobioreactor for culturing a large amount of marine algae comprises: a photofilter culture container(10-1) which selectively penetrate or block a part of solar light wavelength; and a floating device(30) which is connected to the culture container to place the culture container near the sea surface. The culture container is made of a glass, plastic, translucent film, or light transmitting material. The culture container is manufactured by painting, coating, or coloring agent mixture.
