<p>The invention relates to a pumping unit used for crude-oil production in low flow-rate oil wells. According to the invention, the pumping unit comprises a hydraulic motor (1) having a cavity with a piston (2), a hollow rod (3), a safety relief valve (4) and an oil tank (5) and a pump (6) consisting of a cylindrical body (7) provided with some slide-type suction and pressure valves ( 8 and 9) and an elastic diaphragm (10) made in the shape of a membrane located in the cylindrical body (7), having its ends fastened on some tapered bushings (11), the cylindrical body (7) being provided with some lower and upper lids (12 and 13), having some reduced couplings (14) mounted inside, said reduced couplings being interlinked by means of a pipe (15) mounted inside the elastic diaphragm (10), the hydraulic motor (1) being coupled to the lower lid (13) of the cylindrical body (7) by means of an oil-filled cylinder (18), said motor being provided with a supply valve (19) which is linked to the oil tank (5) and to a safety valve (4) which is linked to the cavity with piston (2) of the hydraulic motor (1) by means of the hollow rod (3), inside the oil-filled cylinder (18), upstream of the hollow rod (3), there being mounted a piston (20) and between the latter and the supply valve (19) there being located a pusher (21) for interacting with a piston (20), the oil tank (5) being provided with another piston (22) and with another diaphragm (23) whose cavity communicates with the oil tank (5) located under the piston (22), the diaphragm (23) being located in a perforated body (24) whose cavity communicates with an oil well filled with layer liquid.</p> |
