PURPOSE: A fixing assembly of a sign board having an angle conversion function is provided to prevent a clamping unit from being rotated by wind pressure by enabling a pressing bolt to press and fix a post. CONSTITUTION: A fixing assembly of a sign board having an angle changing function comprises a clamping unit(100), a hanger unit(200), and an angle conversion unit. The clamping unit comprises holding units(110). The hanger unit comprises a connection unit(210) and a sign board hanging unit(220). The connection unit is installed in the clamping unit. The angle conversion unit controls the installation angle of the hanger unit.
