PURPOSE: A cell separation apparatus for micro-diagnosis is provided to smoothly induce reagent and easily control flow rate of a sample and reagent without a separate electric field. CONSTITUTION: A cell separation apparatus comprises: a sample injection channel(10) for injecting a sample containing cells; a focusing channel(30) which is formed on an extended line of the sample injection channel and enables sample flow with a certain width; and a pair or guide veins which guides reagent direction using the focusing channel. The guide vein has a slope part(42) at the side near the sample injection channel. A reagent injection channel has a curve part(44) at the side near by the reagent injection channel.
