The invention relates to light emitting diode illumination devices. A light emitting diode illumination device comprises: a heat-dissipating element, multiple fins, a diode luminous device, multiple heat-conducting elements and a cap element. The multiple fins extend from the surface of the heat-dissipating element. The multiple heat-conducting elements that set between the fins are closely adhibited the surface of the heat-dissipating element, the heat produced in operation by the light emitting diode illumination device is distributed uniformly on the heat-dissipating element and the fins by the effective heat exchange effect of the multiple heat-conducting elements and then dissipated. In addition, there is a waterproof passage in the cap element so as to start a control circuit by passing a wire line into it. So the illumination device is suitable to the outdoor fixing. |
