摘要 The subject of the invention is the method of disposal of radioactive waste to be approved by them in persistent structure of glasses, in particular in silica glass. Manner by the invention is that with a metallic element nitrate solution included radioactive waste ethanol blends tetraetoksysilan (TEOS) dilute ethanol and then added an organic acid, ascorbic acid. Then the mixture is mixed at room temperature 2 to 5 hours, approximately 4 hours, leading a preliminary hydrolysis, and obtained silica-hydroxy-nitrate-Ascorbic acid zol contained in it, which is a component of a metallic radioactive waste, shall be subjected to a second stage hydrolysis and polymerization at 70°c, and then is evaporated to dryness under pressure 0.1 MPa. Heat treatment is carried out by 4 hours at 1200 °C from the heating rate of 2 °C/min. The resulting product is made of silica glass with metallic element, which is a component of the radioactive waste permanently built-in in the structure of the glass. In the way according to the invention uses direct synthesis to sustainable incorporation of elements of metals in the structure of glass using cobalt ions, strontium and cesium and neodymium as model elements for HLW and radioactive waste.
