INSTALLATION STRUCTURE OF GUARD DEVICE FOR PREVENTING FROM SINKING THE GROUND

PURPOSE: A protection structure for preventing the damage of a sewer pipe buried under the soft ground is provided to secure the structural stability by installing the ultra-light block in the lower part and support the concrete block. CONSTITUTION: A protection structure(100) for preventing the damage of a sewer pipe buried under the soft ground comprises an ultra-light block(120) and a tube body. The ultra-block is installed in the lower part of the concrete block in order that the ultra-light block supports the concrete block(110). The load of the protecting structure is minimized because the ultra-light block is made of EPS(Expanded Poly-Styrene). The ultra-light block has an extended piece(121), a connecting groove(123), an inserting hole(125), and an inserting hole(127). The connecting groove is formed in the adjacent to the inner side of each extended piece. The protruded connecting portion(115) of the concrete block is inserted into the connecting groove.
