PURPOSE: A piezoelectric emergency flickering tripod is provided to generate electrical energy using movement vibration energy of vehicles, thereby enabling to harvest the energy. CONSTITUTION: Three angles(110) are folded by hinge combining. A plurality of light emitting devices(120) is respectively attached to the front surface of the three angles. A main supporter(130) supports the three angles by being combined in the lower side of one of three angles. A piezoelectric sheet(140) is arranged in the lower part of the main supporter. The piezoelectric sheet generates electrical energy in a plurality of light emitting devices using movement vibration energy of a vehicle driving on a road.
