PURPOSE: A heat exchanging device for a freezing device is provided to prevent a compressor from breaking down since fog-like refrigerant is not mixed with evaporative gas transferred to the compressor. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanging device(1) for a freezing device comprises a refrigerant receiving pipe, discharging holes, a refrigerant discharging pipe and a receiving hole. The refrigerant receiving pipe is protruded from the external upper part of a liquid separator in a longitudinal direction. The refrigerant receiving pipe is connected to the outlet line of a condenser in a longitudinal direction, and liquid refrigerant condensed at the condenser flows into the refrigerant receiving pipe. The discharging holes are formed at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the refrigerant receiving pipe.
