PURPOSE: A buffer bollard having a polyurea layer is provided to minimize damage to a target by effectively absorbing external shock since buffer foam surrounds a body and polyurea is covered on the surface of the foam. CONSTITUTION: A buffer bollard having a polyurea layer comprises a protrusion, a filling groove and adhesive. The protrusion is formed on the lower perimeter of an upper body(10a). The filling groove has width to insert the protrusion into the lower internal surface of a buffer member(30). The filling groove comprises an inlet and an injection port. A raised part is formed on the lower end of the inlet. The injection port is open outwardly from one side of the inlet. The adhesive is injected through the injection port after assembling. The adhesive fixes the upper body and the buffer member through a hardening process. |
