METHOD OF MINIMALLY INVASIVE TREATMENT OF HEMORRHOIDS

FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for minimally invasive treatment of hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoidal bolus is emptied from blood. Vascular pedicle is ligated by tying by three surgical knots ends of ligature, preliminarily sewn through mucosa of rectum in transverse direction near proximal edge of internal hemorrhoidal bolus from projection of its lateral edge to the opposite one. High-frequency coagulation is performed under mucosa for 6-9 seconds in 1-3 points with bipolar mode 35 W. Mucous layer of rectum is fixed by application of sutures to submucous layer with 1-2 cm indent more proximal than place of ligation of vascular pedicle of hemorrhoidal bolus. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of post-operation bleeding, infectious complications. ^ 2 ex, 5 dwg
