FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be applied for panchromoendoscopy of large intestine mucosa. Vital dye is introduced via medical silicon tube. Distal end of silicon tube is located 150 mm from butt end of working part of endoscope. Silicon tube is fixed on external envelope of endoscope by means of disposable detachable rubber cuff. Proximal end of silicon tube is connected to a syringe. From the distal end of silicon tube, inside it, installed are two fragments of Teflon tube 10 mm long with diameter equal to diameter of silicon tube, first fragment is installed at the distance 5 mm from distal butt end of silicon tube, second - at the distance 5-10 mm from first fragment. Solution of vital dye is introduced in doses of 5-6 ml at the moment of large intestine intubation by endoscope and carrying out colonoscopy procedure, every 100-120 mm as endoscope moves. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce labour consumption, reduce examination time. ^ 1 ex, 5 dwg |
