FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to surgery in hernioplasty of post-operation ventral hernias. Skin and subcutaneous cellular tissue are transected, hernia sac is exposed and processed. Walls of sheath of rectus muscle of abdomen are intersected along entire length of hernia defect, performed are semi-oval cut of anterior leaf of sheath of left rectus muscle of abdomen on entire length of hernia defect and semi-oval cut of posterior leaf of sheath of right rectus muscle of abdomen of the same length. Flaps of leaves of sheaths of rectus muscles of abdomen are smoothed. After that, smoothed flap of anterior leaf of sheath of left rectus muscle of abdomen is sutured with posterior leaf of sheath of right rectus muscle of abdomen. Mesh H-shaped explant is cut out, placed under recti muscles of abdomen on bed, formed by smoothes flap of anterior leaf of sheath of left rectus muscle of abdomen and posterior leaf of sheath of right rectus muscle of abdomen. Upper and lower ends of mesh explant are placed beyond the edges of sutured defect in corresponding sheaths of recti muscles of abdomen. After that, mesh implant is sutured on perimetre and on the centre without tightening by means of synthetic threads with rare interrupted sutures to formed bed. After that, smoothes flap of posterior leaf of sheath of right rectus muscle of abdomen is sutured with anterior leaf of sheath of left rectus muscle of abdomen above mesh ecplant, right and left recti muscles. ^ EFFECT: method prevents post-operation complications and hernia recurrence. ^ 1 ex, 8 dwg |
