FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology and is intended for treatment of primary open angle glaucoma. 4 mm long cut of conjunctiva near limb is performed. From superficial layers of sclera superficial scleral pentagonal flap with size 4ù4 mm is cut out and separated and moved aside. 3 mm from limb, parallel to it, on bottom of scleral bed, 4 mm long cut of sclera to ciliary body is made, with formation in such way of sclerotomic slit pinhole. From proximal edge of said cut from deep layers of sclera deep scleral flap with size 3x3 mm is cut out and removed with preservation of trabecule when visible sufficient filtration of moisture through it is achieved. Thin spatula is introduced through sclerotomic cut in direction from limb, which is used to separate sclera from ciliary body with formation of cyclodialysis cleft, into which first introduced is microdrainage, creating additional way of intraocular fluid outflow, and then distal end of pentagonal scleral flap. Conjunctiva is pulled on limb and fixed with interrupted suture. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain stable and expressed clinical effect, which lies in long reduction of intraocular pressure to normal values due to free outflow of intraocular fluid; in addition method ensures reduction of risk of development of post-operation complications. ^ 1 ex |
