FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of treating hip joint dysplasia in small domestic animals includes breaking of integrity of pelvic and femoral bones, elimination of deformation components and further fixation by means of compression-distraction apparatus. Correction of deformity is performed by installation of transplants in zones of bone integrity breaking. Hip osteotomy is performed through base of neck, between whose fragments installed is transplant made in form of truncated pyramid, two lateral facets of which converge at angle corresponding to angle of neck deformity in one of planes, and formed by them with the third facet edges are located with respect to each other at angle, corresponding to angle of neck deformity in plane perpendicular to the first one. ^ EFFECT: invention ensures anatomo-functional reconstruction of hip joint in case of its dysplasia, accompanied by multicomponent deformity of femoral neck. ^ 3 dwg |
