FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to otolaryngology and can be used in carrying out adenoctomy under anesthesia. Device includes working blade, intermediate rod, bearing rod and kinematic unit of transmission of motion from blade to handle. Intermediate rod and bearing rod are connected successively. Working wheel is provided with two base sites. First base site includes sprig with thread and three placement bevel edges: central and two lateral. Central bevel edge ends perpendicularly to longitudinal axis. Two lateral bevel edges are located at angles 1 =+45; 2=-45, respectively. Second base site includes longitudinal slot and working protrusion for interaction with placement bevel edges. Working sites have possibility of fixation with wing nut, installed on sprig with thread. Sprig is placed in longitudinal slot with possibility of motion. ^ EFFECT: device makes it possible to open operation access, ensure visualisation of operation field, significantly reduce risk of development of paresis and paralysis of soft palate in post-operation period. ^ 1 dwg |
