In addition, transducer is equipped with six oscillating circuits with inductance coils galvanically isolated from signal conversion unit, as well as sections of six electrodes of three oscillating circuits located in circumferential direction on the side of fixed disc, which faces movable disc, sections of six electrodes of three oscillating circuits located in circumferential direction of smaller diameter on the side of fixed disc, which faces movable disc, sections of six electrodes of three oscillating circuits, which are located in circumferential direction of smaller diameter on the side of fixed disc, which faces movable disc, sections of common electrode of three oscillating circuits, which are located in circumferential direction on the side of movable disc, which faces fixed disc above sections of six electrodes of three oscillating circuits, sections of common electrode of three oscillating circuits, which are located in circumferential direction of smaller diameter on the side of movable disc, which faces fixed disc above sections of six electrodes of three oscillating circuits.
