The spectacles have branches (3) connected with each other by an articulation (4) with magnetic elements (7, 8). Depth (p, p') of housings (9, 10) is greater than height of the elements such that distance (d) separating an external surface (7a) of one of the elements from an external peripheral edge (9a) of one of the housings is added to distance (d') separating an external surface (8a) of the other element from an external peripheral edge (10a) of other housing to protect the edges in fatal contact surface in open position of the branches, while contacting the edges in the housings.
