The method involves carrying out entirely milling a single-crystal material part (2) in high speed machining at cutting speed, where the cutting speed ranges 50 and 200 m/millinewtons. The part is in an alloy containing nickel. The part is maintained on a table (3) of a milling machine. Vibrations are damped by a damping unit and applied against the part, where the damping unit comprises an arm whose end is connected to the table.
