A device (1) for calculating and displaying information relating to human fecundability is disclosed. The device has a base template (2) and a top template (3). The base template includes primary markings (4, 7) representative of the age of a woman. The top template is movable with respect to the base template. A first portion(s) (15) of the top template may be positioned with respect to the primary markings (7) on the base template. The device further has a means for calculating and displaying information relating to the fecundability of the woman, and/or a couple, based on the location of a second portion(s) (13) of the top template with respect to secondary markings (16 to 20) with the secondary markings are included on the base template.
