Vaccine comprising capsular polysaccharides conjugates from Streptococcus pneumoniae serotypes 19A and 19F

An immunogenic composition that comprises Streptococcus pneumoniae capsular saccharides from serotypes 19A and 19F conjugated to bacterial toxoids. The composition further comprises conjugates of the S. pneumoniae capsular saccharides 4, 6B, 9V, 14, 18C, 22F and 23F. The bacterial toxoids can be from pneumolysin and diphtheria toxin. The composition can be used as a vaccine to treat or prevent S. pneumoniae infection or diseases.
