摘要 PURPOSE: A diesel particulate reduction device for a vehicle using high frequency induction heating is provided to reduce power consumption by directly heating a metal filter plate in which the smoke is collected. CONSTITUTION: A diesel particulate reduction device for a vehicle using high frequency induction heating comprises an engine(100), an exhaust pipe(200), an oxidation catalyst(300), a diesel particulate filter(400), a high frequency induction heating part(510), a high frequency current generating part(500), an electronic control unit(800), an exhaust gas temperature sensor(730), and an exhaust gas pressure sensor(740). The oxidation catalyst reduces the unburned hydrocarbon and carbon monoxide included in exhaust gas and changes the nitrogen oxide to the nitrogen dioxide. The diesel particulate filter is installed behind the oxidation catalyst, and the diesel particulate filter comprises a filter unit which is made of metal material and reduces the smoke in the exhaust gas. The high frequency induction heating part is arranged to surround the diesel particulate filter. The high frequency current generating part is connected to the high frequency induction heating part and generates high frequency. The electronic control unit controls the electric power provided to the high frequency induction heating part. The exhaust gas temperature sensor is installed ahead of the oxidation catalyst and measures the temperature of exhaust gas. The exhaust gas pressure sensor is installed ahead of the oxidation catalyst or between the oxidation catalyst and the diesel particulate filter and measures the pressure of exhaust gas.
