PURPOSE: A method for forming a ring to a wire rope is provided to cheaply form the rope and to ensure same installation value of a reinforcement member. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming a ring to a wire rope comprises: a step of bending a least one end(10A) among both ends of a rope main body(10); and a step of preparing a protection tube of a synthetic resin materials. The protection tube(50) of the synthetic resin material comprises a yoke, short diameter part, and large diameter part. The yoke is formed of a metal material. The wire rope comprises a rope main body, ring part, two strands, yoke, and protection tube.
