PURPOSE: A device for forming an uneven surface for slip prevention of a curb is provided to form an uneven surface at high speed through heat treatment using a burner. CONSTITUTION: A device for forming an uneven surface for slip prevention of a curb comprises an expansion supporting part(150). The expansion supporting part includes a first screw rod(151) which is installed on the top of a slider(130) and allowed to move up and down, a second screw rod(152) which is installed on the top of a burner unit(140) opposite to the first screw rod at an interval and allowed to move up and down, and an angle adjusting nut(153). One end of the angle adjusting nut is coupled to the end of the first screw rod in the forward direction while the other end is coupled to the end of the second screw rod in the reverse direction, so that the interval between the first and second screw rods is changed according to the rotating direction of the angle adjusting nut.
