The joint has a control component (11) with a cam (2) pressing locking elements toward an exterior in a locked position, and a control plate (1) moving the locking elements toward an interior in an unlocked position. A drive shaft (3) receives the control component in an axial recess (13), and is connected in rotation to the control component around a main joint axis (Y). The control plate comprises elastic legs e.g. elastic tabs (52), exerting radial force on the drive shaft for reducing radial clearance between the drive shaft and the control component. An independent claim is also included for an angular adjusting device comprising a connection bar provided with external ribs.
