The clock (1) has pointers (4) connected with a clock unit (3), and a dial part (2) replaceable at a frame (6) and made from a textile material. The clock unit is arranged in front of the dial part and attached at a holder (27) that is releasably fixed at a side of the frame. Two lengthwise-running lateral profiles (7, 8), a transverse lower profile (9) and a transverse upper profile (10) of the frame are formed in a cross-section T-shape, where a middle bar of the profiles is directed into an interior (16) of the frame. Grooves (12) for a piping (14) are provided in head ends of an upper bar.
