Disclosed are: a novel compound having an inhibitory activity on S1P lyase and capable of inducing the decrease in the number of lymphocytes or an isotope or pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the compound; and a pharmaceutical composition containing the compound or the isotope or pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the compound as an active ingredient. Specifically disclosed is a compound represented by general formula (I) or (II) or an isotope or pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the compound.
