<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blocked polyisocyanate composition that hardly crystallizes under cold conditions, excels in low-temperature curability, and also excels in hardness of a coating film after baking, and a one-pack type thermosetting composition using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The blocked isocyanate composition is obtained by blocking a polyisocyanate composition including a polyisocyanate represented by constitutional formula (I) with a malonic diester compound, wherein R is a residue of a polyisocyanate derived from at least one or more aliphatic diisocyanates and alicyclic diisocyanates and at least one or more polyols, at least a part of the diisocyanates and polyols are bonded through an allophanate bond, and a mass ratio of the aliphatic diisocyanates to the alicyclic diisocyanates is 95/5 to 50/50; and n is 4.5-20. The malonic diester compound has 90 mol% or more of malonic diester, and the blocked isocyanate composition includes a monohydric alcohol having a boiling point of 200°C or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
