<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit requirement calculation system for obtaining an indoor load unit requirement exactly reflecting influence of an external environment from performance data of heat source load. <P>SOLUTION: The unit requirement calculation system includes: a database group having at least a unit requirement database for monthly storing each unit requirement in each time zone, and a local database for storing weather data in each time zone by districts; a load condition setting part for setting load conditions including at least a district of a building, set temperature of an indoor space, set humidity and an outside air ventilation amount; a unit requirement register part for registering unit requirements to the unit requirement database; and a calculation part for calculating the unit requirements. The unit requirement register part registers surveyed heat source load unit requirement data to the unit requirement database together with the load conditions. The calculation part calculates an air-conditioning load unit requirement from the registered heat source load unit requirement data, and also calculates an outside air load unit requirement based on the weather data and the load conditions corresponding to the district.
