<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily, easily, and steadily swing a racket without requiring a special skill. <P>SOLUTION: A band part and finger-holds are used. The band part is made of one or more materials of fiber, resin, rubber, leather, metal, wood, bamboo, and other elastic bodies. The finger-holds are used for: the thumb; or the middle finger; or the forefinger; or the thumb and the forefinger; or the thumb and the middle finger; or the thumb, the forefinger, and the middle finger. Just before an impact in a process of a series of swings, when the finger-hold of the thumb is pushed down or pushed up, the grip turns to the side of the finger-hold of the thumb or the other side of the finger-hold of the thumb to promote inward or outward rotation operation. When the finger-hold of the middle finger is pushed down, the grip turns to the other side of the finger-hold of the middle finger to promote outward rotation operation. When the finger-hold of the forefinger is pushed, the grip turns to the side of the finger-hold of the forefinger to promote outward rotation operation.
