PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an unauthorized memory access in a processor without MMU or MPU.

SOLUTION: An inspection code which determines whether a memory access instruction contained in a loaded program code is an access instruction to a permitted area that is an access-pemitted memory area or an access instruction to an area out of the permitted area is inserted in front of the memory access instruction in the program code, and an NOP instruction is inserted to the program code.
