PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system, radio link terminating device, server, method for determining correctness of an installation place of the radio link terminating device, program for the radio link terminating device and program for the server which enable whether the radio link terminating device is installed at a correct place to be determined regardless of whether the radio link terminating device is installed indoors or outdoors.

SOLUTION: The radio link terminating device 100 includes a memory part 103 for storing a peripheral base station list including reference reception information that is information about a standard receiving status of radio signals from base stations at a right installation place of the radio link terminating device 100, and identification information identifying base stations. The radio link terminating device 100 further includes a control part 102 for determining correctness of the place, where the radio link terminating device 100 is installed, using radio signals from the base stations received by a radio communication part 101 and the peripheral base station list stored in the memory part 103.
