<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transfer apparatus that has higher data transfer efficiency than the case where the number of lines for transmitting data is not considered, and a data transmitting/receiving apparatus and an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The data transfer apparatus 3 includes: a transmission part 23 for allocating and transmitting transmission data by byte to first to fifth lanes 201 to 205 of a transmission line 20; a transmission control part 22 for adding control data 220A, 220B for controlling transmission/reception of transfer data 21a to transfer data 21a to be transferred to the receiving side to configure transmission data; and a generation part for acquiring information of the number of lanes of the transmission line 20, determining the number of bytes of the transfer data 21a in which the number of bytes of the transmission data is integer multiples of the number of lanes based on the number of lanes and the number of bytes of the control data 220A, 220B and generating the transfer data 21a of the number of bytes from a part of data to be transferred to the receiving side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
