<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for control of a converter for use in controlling a frequency of a power system, by controlling each converter for linking DC power generation facilities, such as photovoltaic power generation and wind power generation, to the power system. <P>SOLUTION: When a system frequency detected by a frequency detector exceeds a frequency target value, and the detected system frequency exceeds a frequency threshold, control for increasing a system interconnection point voltage of the converter is performed.
