PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refill wrap film package, easy to use, easy to carry, refilled hygienically and easily, controlling improper pulling out of the wrap film, and facilitating removal of a packaging material, even though it is simply packaged being devised to deal with environmental problems such as resource saving, waste reduction, and volume reduction in disposal. SOLUTION: The refill wrap film package includes a wound wrap film being a wrap film wound on the outer periphery of a tubular core and a strip sheet where the outer periphery of the wrap film is wound. The wrap end of the wrap film of the wound wrap film and one end of the strip sheet are overlapped and joined in the thickness direction forming a connecting part. The peel force of the connecting part is set at least at 0.2 N relative to the 0°peel force and between 0.0001 N/10 mm width and 10 N/10 mm width relative to the 90°peel force.
