PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bladder for manufacturing a tire, which is used for molding or vulcanizing the tire, especially the bladder showing its upgraded durability and long service life, as well as a method for manufacturing the bladder. SOLUTION: This bladder 3 for manufacturing the tire is constituted of a silicone rubber layer 1 composed of a silicone rubber composition and a coating layer 2 obtained by coating the inside surface of the silicone rubber layer 1 with a fluororubber. In addition, the breaking elongation of the silicone rubber layer 1 at 160°C is not less than 300% and the breaking elongation of the silicone rubber layer at 180°C is not less than 200%.
