PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find such a location that a movement track of a hand of a robot approaches a surface of an object possibly interfering with robot movement while an operator can know the movement track of the hand of the robot. SOLUTION: While the movement track 24 of the hand of the robot is displayed in a conventional display format without any change from conventional devices, approach regions 31 and 32 containing approaching points are displayed distinctively from a region not containing the approaching point for surface figures 22 and 23 of the object, if the approaching point at a predetermined distance or shorter from the movement track 24 of the hand of the robot is present.
