PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set file sharing by eliminating the need of installing dedicated software in advance in order to set the file sharing of a server which follows the content file constitution and an attribute of a portable terminal having many restriction items. SOLUTION: In a file sharing system, a terminal device 10 acquires the unique information of a server 20, and creates a guide file that represents the unique specification of its own terminal and a script file for checking the inherent specification of the terminal, and provides the server 20 of the unique specification of the terminal by uploading the guide and script files to the server.
