PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting toilet seat allowing a user to smoothly perform the sitting motion or leaving motion without injuring the user's body. SOLUTION: The lifting toilet seat (1, 14) is lifted up/down in such an inclined state that the front is low and the rear is high above a stool-shaped toilet bowl (2, 15) for assisting the user in performing the sitting motion or leaving motion. The rear of a toilet seat body (3, 16) performs the forward movement to move toward the front of the stool-shaped toilet bowl (2, 15) in addition to the upward movement of the rear part of the toilet seat body (3, 16) to be rotationally lifted toward the upper side above the stool-shaped toilet bowl (2, 15). The upward movement is performed after the forward movement is performed.
