PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insect capture device capable of capturing insects not only flying but hiding in relatively lower parts such as the back sides of leaves, insides of branches and shades of culture pods, and extending a capture zone to the outside of a fixed position. SOLUTION: The insect capture device includes an insect capture device body 1 for capturing insects in the capture zone by sucking the insects from a lower suction port 11H into an upper capture net 5, a slide rail mechanism 70 for supporting the insect capture device body 1 in either one direction of length direction and width direction in a travelling frame body, the travelling frame body 7 crossing above a culture shelf 8 in either one direction of length direction and width direction, while able to travel along the residual other direction, and a jack mechanism 6 for variably regulating a support height of the insect capture device body 1 in vertical directions with being attached to the slide rail mechanism 70. By the slide rail mechanism 70, insects developing around culture surfaces can be captured by regulating slide positions of the insect capture device 1 and reciprocally travelling the same on the culture surfaces by the travelling frame body 7.
