PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-directional input switch member and a multi-directional input switch device which are inexpensive, can be miniaturized and reduced in thickness, have a high degree of freedom in design of a key top, and are less in malfunction. SOLUTION: The multi-directional input switch member includes: a lower board 3 formed with a lower electrode part 2 in the top surface thereof by patterning; a thin plate-like spacer 4 provided on the lower board 3 except a part just above the lower electrode part 2; and a flexible upper board 6 provided on the spacer 4 and formed with an upper electrode part 5 in a lower surface thereof just above the lower electrode 2 by patterning. The lower electrode part 2 is structured of a plurality of lower side fixed contact points X arranged annularly, and the upper electrode part 5 is structured of a plurality of upper side movable contact points Y respectively arranged annularly just above the corresponding lower side fixed contact points X.
