PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve a web page relating to an accessed web page through a small number of user input operations. SOLUTION: A relevant page retrieval managing part starts an operation without user input operation when a browser starts operation (step S21a), displays an icon indicating that a keyword is being extracted when the browser starts downloading a web page and a keyword extracting part starts extracting the keyword (step S21c), and further, displays an icon indicating that a function is in operation when the keyword extraction is completed (step S21e). The relevant page retrieval managing part retrieves a web page using the keyword extracted from the web page downloaded by the browser, according to the user input operation ("touched" in step S21f) to the icon indicating that the function is being operated.
