PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulated wire having adhesiveness in an interface between a conductor and an insulation film equivalent to the case in which a silane coupling agent is used in a normal temperature and moreover having adhesiveness equivalent to the case of the normal temperature even after thermal deterioration. SOLUTION: The insulated wire 1 to be used as a coil wire of an electric unit is provided with a conductor 2, a reforming film 3 formed on the outer circumference of the conductor 2 by carrying out a flame treatment by a fuel gas containing a reforming agent compound having either of silicon atoms, titanium atoms, and aluminum atoms, and an insulation film 4 formed by applying and baking an enamel plastic paint on the outer circumference of the reforming film 3.
