A method for predicting of antihypertensive efficacy of ramipril and its combination with hydrochlorothiazide in men with hypertension of the II stage provides the daily blood pressure monitoring of patients with the evaluation of endothelium-dependent vasodilation of brachial artery by Zelemeier-Sorensen. Depending on the nature of the resulting indices the antihypertensive effect of ramipril and its combination with hydrochlorothiazide is predicted.
