<p>Provided is an electronic device capable of preventing a component from dropping at the time of assembly, maintaining workability at assembly, and preventing generation of vibration and abnormal noise due to rattle when a movable portion is moved with respect to a device body. A multifunction electronic device (1) is provided with a device body (2), an operation display unit (3) which is movable with respect to the device body (2), and a driving mechanism (4) for moving the operation display unit (3) with respect to the device body (2). The driving mechanism (4) supports the operation display unit (3), and is provided with a movable arm (21) moved by a driving source to move the operation display unit (3) with respect to the device body (2), and an elastic member (24) which is made of a synthetic resin and arranged under an elastically deformed condition between a lower end portion (3b) of the operation display unit (3) and the movable arm (21). The inner diameter of the elastic member (24) is smaller than the outer diameter of a shaft (22) which is a cylindrical projection projecting from the lower end portion (3b).</p> |
