The method involves individually combining sustainable design fiberboard elements to a functional bed mattress, where the elements are made of polyurethane i.e. cold and flexible foam, latex and bio-polymers. First and second compression rollers (4, 5) are pressed together for punching a punching stamper (2) by a third compression roller (3). The first and third rollers are fixed, while the second roller performs functional movement in a forward direction. First and Compression rollers (3, 4) are fixed, while roll (5) full-leads a functional movement in a forward direction. An independent claim is also included for a punching calendar including a punching stamper.
